Sports Massage therapy is not just for athletes. It is for anybody suffering pain or discomfort due to muscle and soft tissue impairment or injury. We look to identify areas of your body and muscle groups affected and, through the use of a range of massage techniques, release adhesions, relax muscles and tissues ensure your muscles, joints and other tissues work to best effect, improving mobility, reducing pain and easing discomfort.
